What is the turn around time?

Drop off: Generally, one week from when shoes are picked up. Pick up is currently every Thursday and shoes are done the following Friday.

Mail in: Depends on when package is received.

When should I resole my shoes?

When your shoes are no longer able to facilitate your climbing, you can resole your shoes. I have resoled shoes in many different states. Even if a larger hole has formed, it can be repaired with a patch.

What type of rubber should I use?

Usually, I use the same rubber that is on the original shoe. You are able to request a different rubber if desired.

XS Edge: Firm and durable rubber.

XS Grip: Balanced, all-around rubber. Combination of good friction and moderate support.

XS Grip 2: Softer and stickier rubber.

Can you repair damage besides the sole?

I am able to repair velcro, straps, and other types of damage. If you have specific questions, reach out using contact information.
